200g Gluten free sausages
2 tablespoons chopped shallots or onions
25g butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper
Salt
150g Double Cream
  1. Skin the sausages and break them up as finely as possible.
  2. Sauté the shallots in a frying pan with the butter and oil until golden.
  3. Add the sausage meat and sauté for 12 minutes, stir frequently.
  4. Pour In the cream, add the pepper and cook until it thickens.
  5. Add the cooked elbows to the sauce stir well and serve.
