250g finely sliced button mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped shallots or onions
90g butter
Salt
Pepper
180g finely shredded ham
180ml double cream
50g grated Parmesan
  1. In a large frying pan sauté the shallots until golden with half the butter, then add the sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper cook until the mushrooms soften.
  2. Add the ham and half of the cream cook only until the cream thickens turn off the heat
  3. Toss the hot cooked fusilli in the cheese and the remainder of the cream when well mixed add the mushroom mixture and serve. Do this in the hot saucepan you cooked the fusilli in.
