5 x tablespoons olive oil
1 x clove garlic finely chopped
3 x tablespoons chopped parsley
400g chopped tomatoes
1 x can of tuna
40g butter
Pepper
Salt
  1. In a large frying pan sauté the garlic with the olive oil until lightly coloured, add the parsley and cook for a minute.
  2. Add the can of tomatoes reduce heat and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the drained can of tuna, salt and pepper and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the butter to the sauce and then mix with the cooked fettuccine.
  5. Serve.
