1 x 400g tinned chopped tomatoes
1 x clove garlic
4 x tablespoons olive oil
1 x tin anchovy fillets
2 x tablespoons chopped parsley
Pepper
Salt if required remember the anchovies are salty
  1. In a small saucepan fry the garlic with the oil until lightly coloured.
  2. Add the anchovies and their oil and the parsley, fry until the anchovy fillets dissolve, stir continuously.
  3. Add the tomatoes and pepper cook at a steady simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Check for salt your sauce is ready.
Prepare the spaghetti and serve.
